Bobby Slaick is President and CEO of Liberty Mechanical, Inc. He has over 15 years of commercial and residential heating and air conditioning experience and over 6 ½ years of classroom instruction. He began his career in the heating and air conditioning industry his junior year in high school where he work summers and after school for a company in Atlanta that serviced the commercial market. After graduating from high school he began taking classes at Gwinnett Technical Institute. After 2 ½ years of classroom instruction and on the job training he graduated and decided to join the union and went to work for one of the largest commercial mechanical contractors in the southeast. After 4 years of classroom instruction and on the job training he graduated from the Mechanical Trades Institute. Mr. Slaick began Liberty Mechanical for several reasons. One of the main reasons is he wanted to change the face of the commercial and residential markets. A lot of companies are referred to as “parts changers”. At Liberty Mechanical we only sell what we feel is truly necessary. Some companies pay their technicians on commission therefore, encouraging them to sell instead of repairing the problem. At Liberty Mechanical our technicians are not paid on commission, therefore you can trust that they will give you an unbiased opinion on any recommended services or repairs. We are a company built on honesty and we will not compromise our integrity to make a sell nor will we employ individuals who have that mind set. The customer and his/her best interest comes first at Liberty!
